Welcome to the world of Star RFID. Where you will find any label sizes and shapes you are looking for, we have the solution. We can produce anywhere from a small label of only 10mm in length X 30mm in width all the way up to a large label of 530mm in length X 180mm in width. In addition, the thicknesses of the labels that we can process are highly flexible. From a very thin label, to a label or ticket nearly as thick as a credit card, all things are possible with Star RFID.
The options of multi-layer labels for your special applications can easily be accommodated for on our conversion equipment. Our die cutting options are also very flexible, including perforation, slitting, and multi-cut. Custom Label sizes & shapes, continuous tickets, singular tickets, and soft cards are all within our scope of production. Whatever your custom application is, Star RFID is ready to accommodate your specific requirements.
Label Materials
In the construction of an RFID label, it is very important to use good quality label stock and the correct adhesives which should be tailored to suit each individual application. The matching of materials to the different applications and antennas ensures the performance of our products for the longest possible period. In the selection of the materials, certain criteria must be taken into considerations; this includes the outer label finish to accommodate the different over print ing options which are commonly in use.
Thermal printing, dye sublimation printing, and even hand writing are some examples. In some cases, the label’s adhesive must be matched with the surface the label will be affixed to for optimum level of adhesion. Additionally, some applications require labels with extra security features such that it shows evidence that the labels has been tampered with. Our group’s investment in the paper industry, gives us an advantage in being able to source the exact materials for your demanding and specific requirements.

Jewelry tag
The Jewelry Tag encircles an item and stays in place until removed. Once secured in place, it is extremely difficult to remove this tag by ripping it off by hands.Typical applications for this tag include, but are not limited to, jewelry, apparel hang tags, pharmaceuticals, cable markers and other items with limited space for identification.
Aries Handlight tag
High performance and high security features, the AriesTM Headlight Tag delivers superior read and write performance and provides great flexibility on hard to tag vehicles such as those with windscreens containing metallic material and/or films that can affect radio transponders. It is also perfect for use with motorcycles and scooters.
Logistic label
Radio-frequency identification (RFID) uses electromagnetic fields to automatically identify and track tags attached to objects. The tags contain electronically stored information. Passive tags collect energy from a nearby RFID reader's interrogating radio waves.
